1858 - Carey Children Baptisms, 15 August 1874
Eight of the children of John Edmond Carey and Mary Ann Kelly, ranging in age from 18 to 2 years, were baptized on 15 August 1874, at St. Philip Neri, Toledo, with Wm. J. Keilty, parish priest, serving as sponsor. Why were these children not baptized in infancy?
