The funeral of Sister Mary of St. Benedict, who died on Tuesday, was held this morning from the chapel of the Good Shepherd Convent. She was in her 84th year, and had been in poor health for some time. The former Mary Russell, she was born in Buckingham and entered the Good Shepherd Convent 59 years ago. Rev. G.E. Martel, O.M.I., said the mass and internment was at Notre Dame Cemetery. Sole survivor was a niece, Miss Mary L. O'Neill, of St. Louis, Mo.
